is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. All shipments require a signature upon delivery for your protection. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package. If you would like to waive the right to a signature you can do so by contacting the delivery company, however, this will, in turn, waive any insurance on your package from Pegasus Professional.

The price conversions listed on the website are in Canadian (CAD) dollars, US (USD) dollars, and European (EUR) euros. These price conversions are based on the current exchange rates of the market at the time of purchase. For all other international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card

Our commitment is to deliver true virgin Remy Russian hair, the highest grade available in the market. We maintain stringent processing and manufacturing standards to ensure that our products meet and exceed your expectations.

4. Returns and Exchanges

As each order is crafted specifically for you, we can only honor potential exchanges for applicable hair products in the case of manufacturing defects discovered after purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, given the customized nature of our products. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt and contact our customer service team within 7 days if you believe there is a manufacturing defect.

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the safety seal on the packaging has been broken.

You must contact us first at studio@pegasuslashpro.com within the seven (7) day return period. For exchanges, you must contact us first at studio@pegasuslashpro.com within thirty (30) days of you receiving the order if a manufacturing defect is suspected. All Pegasus Luxe Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. We will then provide you with our return address which is in Vancouver BC, Canada, where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return/exchange. Opened merchandise will not be eligible for exchange.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Pegasus Luxe Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you do not use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for.

If you would like to return or exchange item(s), you must contact us at sales@pegasuslashpro.com within seven (7) days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that it was received in. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3-14 business days. Pegasus Professional has the discretion to refuse returns or exchanges if the items are not in the condition to be restocked.
